insane and dangerously out of control. why does it take a cartoon character to speak the truth that everyone else poo poos?

i watch the show religiously, and i laughed when homer said we might invade iran, syria, korea, any damn country is a target under 'mr. cuckoo bananas'. it's funny, but it's also terrifying.

the only reason the simpsons get away with all the blasphemy and satire against the bushco regime is because they make so much money!
the ultimate republican excuse for anything.

but it's true like homer says. the president in an insane megalomaniac bent on hitlerian invasions and global domination. all he needs is the napolean outfit with the funny hat and his hand inside his vest, to make the terrifying cartoon image perfect.
