I propose that we establish a new voting rights act that will not blatantly disenfranchise minorities but put each one in a racial hierarchy with whites commanding one vote per person and everyone less than one as determined by, who else, the Kansas Board of Education.What say you folks.Don't be shy Mr.Falwell or Mr.Robertson, isn't that what you folks want?And isn't that what you achieved by your fraudulent vote counting?
