3. Give a lot of credit to KGO
they are not afraid to air differences of opinion. We need to have more radio like KGO. They should be given an award for diversity.

2. No OOPS.
Whenever a source is interviewed by a journalist, he may not be certain about a trivial aspect of what he says.

The source of the story on a Gitmo guard flushing pages of the Koran down a toilet isn't certain if he read that in the "Southcom" report or another report.

So what?

It's trivial which report he read it in.

If he didn't consider it a reasonable report, he wouldn't have discussed it with Newsweek.

5. Good point
It doesn't matter which report he read it in .... the fact is he read it in an official report of some kind....it doesn't diminish the truth....

sort of like the old joke: "Was he hung with a NEW rope or an OLD rope?"

8. And in 1/2 hour there's Peter Werbe
He's in Detroit and you might like to give him a listen. http://www.wrif.com/ He's in a class by himself. A real left wing veteran of radio.

9. Believe me
once you listen to Karel, you are hooked. At 1:00 (Arizona time) you must listen to Ray T. He is fantastic. During the week Bernie Ward is on KGO. Our guys are on at night.

10. I like Peter Werbe
but he changed a lot.I prefer to listen to Karel to Peter Werbe. Two years ago I probably would not say this, but Werbe is not the same any more. Something happened to him. He is not the Peter Werbe I remember. I am disappointed with him.

14. Really? How come?
He's just starting now and asked right wingers out there if given all the information coming out now, are they still so stupid. And he's asking if they know how stupid they look with a * sticker on there SUVs. Pretty strong stuff.

I've listened to Werbe for about 2 years and he doesn't seem different. What difference do you hear?

Btw, Karel sure has changed. He's always been good but used to defend McCain and be softer in his views. He's really getting hard core left over time. A nice change.

11. Karel is right, you can't stay afraid.
:kick:

I was attacked my two Pitbull dogs, now that was scarey.

Everything else is nothing compared to that.
