The killing of America and the rise of the World dictatorship.
Edited on Sun May-15-05 03:04 PM by Cleita
Something always bothered me about the way BFEE took over our government. There have been those of us who have made comparisons to Nazi Germany here on DU, but, if I am right in my speculation, we aren't the only ones. The White House itself has been orchestrating a return to Nazi Germany’s ideology with their goal being global domination.

Although the Wiemar Republic sank under the weight of it’s debts and it’s inability to lower unemployment and neuter the industrial elite and Junker landlords, this White House is doing what it can to destroy our economy and make the Republic break up under the debts they have deliberately incurred and the wars they are just beginning to start in the Middle East. You see the collapse of the Wiemar Republic made Germany a fertile field for another political movement with different thinking to walk in and take over.

The German government back then had been loathe to raise taxes to meet the crushing debt and instead made more tax cuts for the wealthy industrialists and Junkers. Does this sound familiar? By the time of the takeover by the Nazis, inflation had rendered the German Mark nearly worthless, 18,000 to an American dollar. Lifetime savings of the working and middle classes were wiped out.

The government then saw inflation as the road to wiping out the debt. By allowing the Mark to become worthless and by issuing more paper Marks, the government was able to pay off it’s obligations by paying them off in worthless Marks. This hasn't happened here yet, but the conditions are ripe for it.

Everything else the BFEE has done up to today is scarily similar and along Nazi principles, stealing elections while paying lip service to the system, lying about military invasions of other countries, allowing the industrial or in our case corporate complex to take over with unfettered regulations to stop them. Rising unemployment. The propagandizing of the people. Bring the religious crazies under their wing. The method of character assassination to marginalize any opposition. Finding a group or groups of people to scapegoat and blame for all their problems. Keeping the population insecure and afraid.

Although in Germany the conditions that allowed the Nazi takeover happened without any help from the protagonists, we are entering a similar collapse that is enabling their tentacles to tighten on the prey. There will be inflation down the road. Unemployment is already happening. Our Constitution is being shredded bit by bit. A budget was just submitted by George W. Bush that will hasten the economic collapse of our country. This I believe is deliberate, the first stage of a global take over. (Read what Barbara Boxer has to say about the new budget here.)

In the future, someone will take over as dictator. I doubt if it will be *W. He will have served his purpose by then and will be put out to pasture with the rest of the Bushes. Or, the whole inept administration could be put on trial and executed if it gives them even more power. The neo-cons have no loyalty to those who are no longer useful to them.

Debts will be paid with worthless American dollars screwing whoever loaned them the money. Jobs will return to America with factories being built to build the largest military ever. However, since there will be no unions, wages won’t be that good, however, workers who have been unemployed for a long time will be grateful for them.

The draft will come back because the biggest military ever will be built up. This military will be for intimidation of Europe and any other industrial nation who dares oppose America. It will also be used to raid countries that can’t fight back to bring them our brand of western civilization, also giving the troops some combat experience to harden them.

There will be camps to herd those people into that are inferior and not useful to the new Reich. This is how they practice genocide. However, I am hoping the American people will see through their plans and that they will fight back in any way they can. They haven’t taken over complete power yet, so we need to get that power back that they have taken. If it goes too far, then I’m almost certain we will have a civil war. If the opposition wins, the neo-cons will go the way of the Nazis, disappearing into the woodwork, escaping to foreign shores, or committing suicide. If they lose, well there are the camps.

I hate to be such a downer, but I have always believed in looking at the trends and applying the lessons of past experiences to them. Here the lessons are screaming out to us. What should we do? What can we do? Whatever it is that must be done needs to be done sooner not later.

2. First of all we are not there yet
And it stands to reason whether it is the final objective. It's clear that similar tactics have been used upto now, but still there's a huge of freedom and free exchange of ideas possible. In fact the amount of information available is such that it will be extremely difficult to stiffle it. So there's no need to worry and even in the government there is still a lot of opposition so it is hard to make decisions.

So it's not dictatorship yet and you can ask yourself whether that is what they want, because complete control is extremely difficult, control on the main outlines is possible and that is what is happening. So 2008 could also be determined by an election of the preferred candidate (Cheeney, Rove, Rumsfeld, ???)

4. I never said it's a dictatorship yet, but the trends are there.
Also, the Germans of the Wiemar Republic, never knew democracy before, being ruled by the Hohenzollern Empire before then. This is why I think there could be a civil war because Americans do know what real freedom is.

They won't give up easily and I think Cheney, and Rumsfeld will no longer be useful either. Karl Rove will definitely be part of the new dictatorship. We need to look at who is lurking in the shadows that will lead the coup. I myself haven't a clue yet.

democracy and freedom of speech etc. Just like they can now. This is one major advantage and that is that you can still lecture others and keep the majority of the population happen. The moment the masses start to release that they have no power is when they become more dangerous.

I don't know either who is the next candidate. I have heard rumours about Cheney and he can still do another term. Rove is definitely a big ace and there might be more.

It's a bit dated and not all the names are accurate, but I like this card game:

Their reign will end eventually, and most likely sooner than later. Sadly, it will probably bring about the collapse of United States in the process. The only unanswered question is how many lives will also be lost.

8. Nazism was defeated, but fascism still lingers. Remember that.
Nazism is just an iteration of fascism. Fascism as a phenomenon has not yet been completely grasped because it involves several factors. It's amorphous in structure, and if it were understood, what's happening in the US today would have been headed off a long time ago before things got to this point here.

The biggest common characteristic among all incarnations of fascism is a relationship between business interests and the government. Mussolini thought fascism should be redefined as "corporatism" because he argued it is a merger of state and corporate power. If what he says is true, then scapegoating certain segments of the population or other peoples and stimulating nationalism are merely ways to distract the people, while power is taken away and consolidated in the hands of the elite at the top.

I would argue Bush and Co. are attempting to set up an even more efficient version of fascism than existed previously. Where in the past the press was co-opted by the state directly and enemies were wiped out by force, here the press has been co-opted by corporations directly and the enemies are simply deprived of any access to the media. They, in effect, disappear from the public conscience. The end effect is almost the same as disappearing them into gulags or concentration camps.

There is no "democracy" in the equation of "corporate power + government power = power/domination." Representative democratic governments are then nothing more than stepping stones toward achieving an end, a tool if one wants to think of it that way.

"Of course the people don't want war. But after all, it's the leaders of the country who determine the policy, and it's always a simple matter to drag the people along whether it's a democracy, a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism, and exposing the country to greater danger."

we don't have to be NAZIs exactly to be just as strong and just as dangerous in our fascism.

That's why books like "It Can't Happen Here" were being written all the way back in the 30s.

11. i wonder tho
that with globalization, multi-national corps and the free-flow of capital whether the incentive to create such a strong nation-state still exists as it did at the time of hitler's rise. perhaps, that motivation is useful to galvanize the populace to make war for private privilege -- the eternal motivating factor?

but maybe due to our changed economic order this form of fascism, overt nazism or national socialism, is mitigated. the paralells you point out are present, however, and they're scary.

12. I have never been able to finish or read all of the drivel
know as "Mein Kampf" by Adolf Hitler. What I have read though what he said about about propaganda and it is exactly what is happening in our media right now. I am going to force myself to read it from cover to cover now because I believe this is Rove's bible.

I read many years ago that if anyone had read "Mein Kampf" and took it seriously while Hitler was rising to power, he could have been stopped. In hindsight, governments who should have been paying attention would have seen that he was following his agenda exactly as outlined in his book.

13. You should read Hitler's Enabling Act and compare
It to the Patriot Act. Don't forget the "Germans" you reference were largely supported by American bankers who even after the US went to war, continued to provide the Nazi movement with funds and raw materials. I think that is called "treason" and one of the traitors was Pres Bush, whose son, George H.W. Bush then went on to commit treason several times, and in turn, the grandson, George W. Bush is the newest incarnation.

You see, you can place a Bush at every horrific event/genocide/acts against humanity, against country, against citizens... you can place a Bush in the last 3 generations at every horror of the last 60 years.

So of course 1930's Germany has a striking resemblance when you consider that the same source is still doing "god's work". My guess is that the Bush family may go down in history as the most evil and corrupt genetic cesspool to surface in the last 500 years.

Imagine Dotty Bush's reaction if she really knew what her husband, son, and grandson had done. Wow.

Is that a bit angry? Good, because I am angry.

14. Thanks for bringing this up.
I left a lot out of my post for brevity, but the Bush family in the past was certainly more involved in this than you might believe. I am still trying to figure out how the Saudis play into this unless they will play the role Mussolini did for Hitler.

If we start a huge war in the ME and it will happen if we invade Syrian and Iran, is it possible the the Saudi's will become the overlords of the whole region, imposing the law of Sharia, to keep dissidents under control?

Will the Saudis be happy to be a vassal to America?

That is why they pay the Bush mafia to protect them in exchange for low oil prices... problem is, oil is going going going... that means the Saudi regime will soon go poof... the people their have wanted to overthrow them and would have if America did not protect them... this is the primary reason that Osama hates the US. He hates the royals and wants them out.

Bush regime even more as one of their knights in the global domination game? I have to admit I am at a loss as to what they are doing in the ME, so all I can do is guess. I don't believe for one minute their excuse that it is to bring them democracy. I think they would be more comfortable with a rule of Sharia and the ruling class being part of their cabal like in Saudi Arabia.

15. Recommended & another extremely well thought out post!
You've expressed most of my same worries, but I'm so spittin'-mad at some of the things I've read in LBN, it's hard for me to restrain my thoughts about our country's use of "Democracy" and the selective application of our "magnificent" Constitution to "spread" a corrupted idea of "freedom" around this world. Ours is an insidious control of the world's people, not blatant and marching as Germany's was; there needs to be a whole new word created for this oppression being perpetrated under our noses and I fear it could be far stronger and pervasive than any fascism this world has ever seen. Poverty, repression, and death, dealt with a (wicked) smile, a (crooked) handshake, and a (mighty) dagger hidden in their back pockets!

for anyone not completely brainwashed to ignore. Someone - or several someones - are using Nazi Germany AND Orwell's 1984 as blueprints for a total takeover of the good ol' US.

The only question is will enough Americans wake up before it's too late...or is it already too late?

It scares the bejeezus outa me.

And the people they take advantage of have now have 2 options:

a) Let them rule until there's no way out left (and pay for choosing it).

b) Stand up and fight them (peacefully): try to INFORM the public of their true "nature" (still mostly "hidden" to them) so their approval rates must drop to somewhere between 34 and 37 percent (to make it really impossible for them to rig any election again).

China has an ever ready supply of people. Of course if we pay back their loans in the future with worthless US dollars, hurting if not destroying their economy, it may make it more difficult for the Chinese to fund their war machine.

It's hard to second guess these Mayberry Machiavellis, but I'm sure they have a plan to neuter China. Whether it's realistic or not remains to be seen.

Someone else coined the term, whom I can't remember now.

Biological warfare could be involved. I was horrified to learn that nearby Vandenberg AFB has nuclear missiles it can fire as far as N. Korea. Why not China? At least now I know what all those earthquakes are about. Vandenberg was pretty mum about what they were testing, but AAR spilled the beans.

killers like hideous strains of avian bird flu or some such thing seem more likely to me.

36. I think the missiles can deliver biological devastation as well
as nukes. Now all this is speculation because those missiles are apparently classified and Vandenberg says that they are Minutemen Missiles, however, the quakes are really big when they fire them off.

So if they could have a payload of germs and if maybe they were exploded in the air before they hit land, the germs would fall gently to the earth with no one the wiser. Of course no one knows about this except the people involved and the snitch who told the AAR host.
