Heard a brilliant speech by Biden on CSPAN radio today...

.. was it from today? He was talking about the Bolton thing, saying the Senate doesn't work for the President and that they were co-equal..

I know these speeches are made all the time, but this one, IMO, was a beaut! Too bad it falls on deaf ears.
