4. Fat lot of good it did
None of the MSM media or other Repuke sites have reported it. New York Post, Drudge, Hannity, Limbaugh -- not a bleepin' word!

5. Things are still going down hill...remember when Flynt exposed
Edited on Thu May-12-05 08:25 PM by higher class
Livingston and Hyde...the press covered that, but not now - the press won't peep. There is definitely a fear, a lock-down, and a grand compromise of magnitudinal impact to our bill of rights.

It means the coprorate news is right wing news and you don't do in your own. In one decade, things have gotten very bad in this country.

Not only did right wing leaders, lawyers, foundations, and the FBI dig up dirt and lies about Clinton trysts or non-trysts and get their media batallions working on it....then feed it to us - they even issued instructions to ther 'guest expert' armies to DEMAND that Clinton 'Just come forward', 'Just admit it', 'Just apologize' - the demands rolled off their tonges in waves of demans over many weeks and months and the Senators and Congresspeople joined in. They were like a philhormonic chorus in their coordination.

But, now...all is quiet and a zillion distractions are avaible...weddings, murders, car chases, court cases. They know how to avoid the issues.

Anyway, I may not want to speak out if I were the wife. But, if Larry Flynt statements were covered in the past, they should be covered now. I say, our media is now 99.9% propaganda - all staged, all managed, all coordinated with the White House.

9. Frankly, Bolton's sex life is none of our business. Just like Clinton's.
Yes, Clinton's sex life was splashed all over the place, inappropriately. But publicly exposing a candidate's sex life (provided it doesn't involve criminal acts) for the purpose of political destruction wasn't right then and it isn't right now.

Flynt demonstrated back then that he could zing the sex-crazed Clinton-bashing hypocrites -- he evened the score.

But this prying into people's sex lives for political gain has got to stop somewhere!

As has been demonstrated, there are plenty of reasons for Bolton not to be confirmed without digging into his sex life. He's incompetent as a manager and as a diplomat. He has harrassed people. He has made statements against the very organization he's being nominated to.

Please don't flame ... I'm just talkin'. But the more our side digs into a Repug's sex life, the more they're gonna do it to us in the future. I'm just so freaking sick of it. The Europeans must think we are absolutely ridiculous -- so obsessed over people's private lives.
