14. I think Putin usually has a somewhat bemused look on his face when

his pal Bushie is around. He seems to look at him as though he is trying to figure out just what the hell he is doing. I have a mental picture of Mr and Mrs Putin having to stifle a giggle or two or leave the room to laugh whenever they have to entertain those two goofs. Here is part of the problem. The United States is represented by the President and if the President appears to be a real doofus why should anyone respect us?
