While I was in New Orleans enjoying the Jazz and Heritage festival, a freeper asshole (a PGA Tournament was also in town) saw my "George W. Bush - Weapon of Mass Destruction" t-shirt. He shouted "Hey! Take that t-shirt off!" I then shouted back "move to Saudi Arabia!"

Was this an appropriate response?

But I did have a "Jesus is a Liberal" bumper sticker on the back of my car. I had been visiting my mom's one Sunday in get this, mostly red, red Republican Hudsonville, Michigan. Anyways I was hungry and I went to the Subway that was down the street from her. I didn't think anything about my bumpersticker (I have another one that says "If going to church makes you a Christian does going to the garage make you a car?") until I was getting ready to leave. I looked back there and lo and behold my JIAL sticker was gone, at first I thought it was because I had driven down the highway to her house, but then I had done the same yesterday and didn't have a problem. So I then deduced that some idiot stole of my trunk!

Idiots! And then my mom tells me to be carefull of what I put on my car since someone could be stupid enough to damage it.

Oh wells, I am going toget another JIAL sticker and see if someone will rally take it off again.

Hopefully you had more positive responses to the shirt. I've gotten hugs from strangers for my "Bush Sucks" t-shirt.

We were there passing out "Make Music - Not War" stickers. For the most part people really appreciated it. There were a few people who said things like "no thanks" or "I support the war". One guy even tore off the "not war" part of the sticker.

We hope you'll return for Jazz Fest next year. Although I'm sure the weather couldnt' possibly be as nice as it was this year.
