Covert Draft Scheme Already Implemented

Hello all,

A while back, * said that "There will be NO selective service draft". For once, the man didn't lie, but there is a backdoor that he is currently using. It is called opression.

Small town United States is a great place to live. A close-knit community, comfortable futures, and an overall sense of homliness is only a couple of sentiments a person feels. There is also the bad sides of it. Limited jobs, corruption, and stagnant lives are just a few to mention. It is in small town America where a great number of our volunteers come from, only to escape the boredom that comes with living there.

Come the 2000 elections. * is elected, and everything seems to go downhill from the Clinton era, when everything rural seemed everything right. To the point, when Dems had control, there was limited military/Armed Force volunteering, because A:/Money was good in small town jobs B:/Limited Conflicts and C:/There was life to gain by sticking around. This made guys and girls stay home, and settle down with a family right after High School or college.

After 9/11 happened, small conservative America went up at arms (I was there at the time :) ) and seemingly a lot of the guys went to the recruiting station to enlist their duties to the country, because it was what they felt was right. Naive 17 and 18 year olds, that trusted their leader, and knew that they were volunteering for a just cause.

After educating myself while here in Italy, I've concluded that when a government is desperate for bodies to fill the ranks, they will stop at no limits to ruin the lives of those that are eligible. People, this is a draft that we have in effect as we speak.

The Departments of Army and Navy are both reporting they have been shorted in the past enlistment quotas. Anyone on the inside of military happenings knows this is because of the vast downsizing of our Naval Fleet/Administrative Jobs in the Marine Corps and Army. These jobs are rapidly being filled by civilians, both American and Foreign.

With the filling of the forces by civilians, there is less a demand for people for paper jobs, and therefore they are shoving everyone that is in these jobs/rates onto the battlefield. This is not a tinfoil hat myth, this is what is happening. We currently have Naval IT's and ET's working alongside the Army rebuilding the infrastructure of Iraq. These guys are not combat ready before they leave, nor are they prepared for the horrors of Iraq.

To make it short, this hidden draft is not only affecting the civilian sector, but also the armed forces. The guys are being drafted into situations they feel that they cannot handle, and most are breaking.

More Oil+Less Soldiers=More Money

That's what it boils down to.

1. Interesting. But...

the problem is, it isn't sustainable. Eventually, even after putting a rifle in the hands of every rear echelon soldier available, there won't be enough troops.

Indeed, the situation you describe may accelerate the process as everyone who can get out does so, and more and more people realize that there is no safe billet.

So it sounds as if this is merely a prelude to an actual draft.....

2. Making it so they "Have To" Start Up the Draft Has Always Been the Plan

They need millions of troops to carry out the PNAC plan for world domination.
Not only do they want to start up the draft, they'd draft pretty much
everyone who can hold a rifle (except well-connected Repubs, who will
follow the example of or pResident or our VICE pResident, and stay well
out of harm's way).

That also pretty much makes ** the absolute dictator he always wanted to be.
Once the military has you, all your Constitutional rights are toast.
From that point on, you are under **'s complete control. And they'll
never let you out until you are too broken to fight anymore, or until
they need a scapegoat. Then you discover that you don't have the right
to a fair trial anymore, since any witnesses you might want to call can
be ordered not to testify, any evidence that might exonerate you can
be "classified", and judge deciding the case is also a military
officer who may have been ordered to reach a particular verdict.
