How many "top lieutenants" and "number 3" men does Al Qaeda have?
I can guess at the answer: As many as *'s sagging poll numbers may require.

The latest one arrested, Abu Faraj al-Libbi, is described in the media as a "direct threat to America" and as "a major facilitator and chief planner" for Al Qaeda. * himself, right on cue, calls the arrest a "critical victory in the war on terrorism."

Interesting that this story, replete with scary-guy photos, was trotted out just when *'s latest poll numbers are at an all-time low. :tinfoilhat:

1. I keep thinking that, too
I mean, it seems like every month, we capture the #2 or #3 guy in Al Qaeda.

Maybe they have a very flat org chart? Osama & Al-Zwahiri on top and everybody else is #2 or #3

3. The FBI didn't even have Al-Libbi on their list
Funny... you'd think someone who was a "direct threat to America" would have merited a spot. :sarcasm:

Funny... yeah, funny as a broken wrist.

:wtf: :dunce: :grr: :nuke:

7. Yeah......
I was wondering the same thing when I read the story earlier today. I don't see him on the list of "Most Wanted" and I never heard his name. Granted, he's probably a very bad guy, but geeeeeez.....how many "kingpins" can there be in this rag tag bunch? Maybe they're all chiefs and no indians??!!

8. How many men do they have altogether?
When they capture/kill someone, the next in succession steps up.

10. Good question! I think condi said it best when she said "we have
captured or killed 75% of al qaeda leadership". Then Leslie Blitzer had the temerity to ask, "75% of how many? 10? 30? 100?" And condi stammered back "...well...from 10, uh 10's to 100's, uh 100. Look wolfie, the point is 75% is an impressive number, that's why I keep lying, I mean using it OUT OF CONTEXT, so shut yer yap and cash that damn check we sent you, bitch"

NOTE: All quotes are from memory and as such are not necessarily EXACT word for word transcripts. In fact the second sentence in the last quote is from a telekinetic conversation I channeled while condi was lying to leslie, so it is more accurate than the others.

9. If you're captured, killed, or captured then reported loose then reported
dead then reported planning attacks then reported to have one leg amputated then reported to have 2 legs then reported to be dead again then reported to be masterminding again you are at LEAST a Number 3 dude. If you are in any other category than the three listed above, you are a dirty insurgent who is losing the war on terra.

It's really quite simple.
