Rumsfeld and his WMD's.
Rumsfeld's personal involvement in a WMD saga is not very well known. That WMD, especially injurious to the central nervous systems of children, goes by the name Nutrasweet ( the commercial name for the chemical Aspartame).Rumsfeld used to be the CEO of a company called G.D. Searle, in one of his revolving door assignments from Governement to industry. That company discovered Aspartame's sweetening potential without adding calories. To get it by FDA, they had to have approval from the FDA's scietific committee. That committee, composed of eminent scientists, established a link between Asapartame and neurological damage, especially in children and refused to grant permission for the marketing of a known toxin.Enter Rumsfeld. He enlisted the aid of Skinner, a Republican operator who was the FDA's legal counsel. He developed the strategy of postpoining the FDA's meetings and resolution of this issue until the statute of limitations had expired. That gave Rumsfeld clear sailing to market the product as though he had legitimately received approval. And so Nutrasweet was born.Rumsfeld, who also sat on the board of Monsanto at that time, sold G.D. Searle to Monsanto dealing himself a multimillion dollar fortune by essentially negotiating with himself.

Now we know why Rumsfeld is addicted to WMD's.

1. Aspartame/Gulf War Syndrome link

http://www.gulfweb.org/doc_show.cfm?ID=28

"A soldier now retired in Huntsville, Alabama called with his story. He said he suffered terribly with loss of memory, headaches and chronic fatigue. I asked if he used NutraSweet and he said: "The soda pop companies sent free diet drinks to the Gulf because of a scarcity of water, so we drank diet drinks all day long."

He said the diet drinks sat on pallets for up to 8 weeks in 120 degree Arabian sun. I said: "Think of which ones drank the diet soda and which ones drank water, and tell me which ones have the syndrome." He replied with little hesitation: "As I recall, now that you mention it, the ones who are sick are the ones I remember drinking the diet soda."

Aspartame, sold as NutraSweet/Equal/Spoonful, etc. is a chemical poison. It is a molecule composed of three components: aspartic acid, phenylalanine and a methyl ester that converts to methanol, wood alcohol, a severe metabolic poison. In your body the wood alcohol converts to formaldehyde and then formic acid (ant sting poison). The phenylalanine breaks down into DKP, a brain tumor agent. There are 92 documented symptoms but here are some of the most common"
