Unwanted phone soliciations are starting to be a problem
again. Anyone know how to stop it? I just received one from Mortgage Solutions at my office. I have been getting 3 or 4 a day. I asked to be removed from their calling list and the guy on the phone (Eric) said he worked for an answering service and they had not placed the call, thus they were not doing anything wrong.

Suggestions ?

1. Sign up for the Do Not Call registry
http://www.donotcall.gov

It made a big difference in my house! :-)

4. Thanks but I already have. I wonder if this "answering service"
response is a way to get around the law.

Maybe I will write my congressman. Oh yeah, that'll work.

Heh....this about the third version I've used, but, the point is the same.

I LOVE getting those calls now.

5. Thanks - I forgot my sense of humor for a moment.
I remember to f with people in person but forget to on the phone. I just find the calls so annoying.
