2. How many Dutch towns will be shut down so that * can visit?
God, how he is hated worldwide.

His hell on earth will be when he's out of office and has to hide out at the dirt farm in Texas for the rest of his sorry life.

3. Funny you mention.......
THE HAGUE (AFP) - The United States is prepared to move its embassy in the Netherlands from the center of The Hague to resolve a dispute with residents angry about the tight security surrounding the American site, city officials said.

The US government said it would move to a location in the suburbs of the Dutch city.

"That will put an end to an undesirable situation" in the center of the city, said a statement from The Hague's city hall.

Situated a stone's throw from the Dutch parliament and the Mauritshuis Museum, the US embassy is surrounded by chain-link fences, barriers and mobile observation posts for the police, all of which gives the appearance of a state of siege.

6. I used to live across the street from the park where it is moving to....
could look out of my top floor bedroom window at the cows and sheep in the pasture - now to become a fortress with topnotch security...

:puke: :puke: :puke:

I hope that the neighborhoods around it can protest enough to have the site moved further OUT of The Hague.

Like to Schiermonnikoog or Ameland. Too bad there isn't one of those islands that's bare rock and ugly for them.

4. You could do this anywhere - like the Parkway West in Pittsburgh.
He has to use that road to get to the city from the airport. Might be fun to see.

5. It is a shame for me to hear this. I hate that we have to live---
behind barbed-wire. My God but Osama has really won the game. Any one looked at it this way. We had far fewer bombings before 911 and all the so called safety things went in. Maybe we should go back to those days and not live with all the safety things that has made 3000 bombing a year the normal thing?
