Its Clear! Bush* Officially Declares Class Warfare!
Although Republicans deny it, and accuse Democrats of creating it, Bush* revealed total class warfare in his Social Security Plan.

In the plan, Bush* indicated that the middle class begins at $20,000 per year! His Social Security plan would require that anyone making more than $20,000 a year take a reduction in Social Security benefits, so the individuals/families earning less than $20,000 a year will see increases and secure benefits.

Sounds like a good social program to me.

However! Just across town, the House of Representatives passed the new budget which gives wealthy Americans increased tax cuts. Why? Its their money, they earned it.

So, we have the wealthy keeping their money, and the lower and middle classes funding the impoverished in our country. The administrations response? The pResident wants Americans to personally save more for their retirements.

If a Democrat can't make the case against Republicans with this situation, we've elected the wrong people to represent us.

IMO, its 1775, and the Republicans represent the British viewpoint! The Democrats should be standing for the common man. NO EXCUSES!

2. I've already heard references transitioning social security into
another "welfare program" and we all know what they're doing to welfare. Some snippets you might want to take a look at

http://www.creators.com/opinion_show.cfm?columnsName=miv

... The Economic Policy Institute reports the economic well-being of middle-class families has declined between 2000 and 2003 for three reasons: the generally lousy economy, the Bush tax policies and the cost of health care...

... The Tax Justice Network recently reported the world's richest individuals have placed $11.5 trillion in assets in offshore tax havens to avoid paying taxes, a sum 10 times the GDP of Great Britain. The most authoritative study yet done shows that rich people clip $860 billion in coupons a year off this money...

... The ratio of CEO pay to average worker pay reached 301 to one in 2003. The average worker takes home $517 a week, while the average CEO earns $155,796, according to BusinessWeek. In 1982, the ratio was 42 to one...

And she has a lot more info in this column.

3. Its time the Democrats group everyone together..
And every progressive leader, other council members under one umbrella to not shake the party line nor move away from it-Plus stand with Howard Dean. They all should be more than capable of doing that, after fighting the fillbusters back and securing hope of electoral reform.

4. Dean is right about the message...
We've allowed the Republicans, the Right Wing and the Neocons to be in control of the issues. Our message has depended on loyalty, rather than ideas.

Its time to educate America. There is a better way. It should be obvious that the greatest years of our country were (IMO) 1950 - 2000. We improved America's infrastructure, created a great education system, had access to the finest medical care, expanded opportunity to minorities and we were respected around the World.

How can the Republicans make America better by undoing that progress?

5. You're absolutely right.
We've evolved and not for the better.

Who would have believed prior to Bush's terms that the neo-cons would have the nerve to do more than give lip service to everything that they've been doing.

6. Who would believe that they would have any credibility?
They should have been mocked as "war-mongers."

"The adults are in charge now." my ass!

8. The Cold Civil War is raging.
Will it turn hot?

Wiil even the ones that were ignorant &/or stupid to vote for the Bush Junata get the point that the Bush Junta is vile and on the march to destroy Amerika?

It will take a whole lot of persuasion and smart taking points to bring them around.

Yes, I am not talking to them here and calling them ingnorant &/or stupid because that would not bring them around. I am talking to the people here that understand what has happened to Amerika since the Bush Junta stole the election of 2000.

I feel it is possible for Dean, Boxer, Kennedy, Kerry, Edwards, Kucinch, Conyers and others to pull together and forge the message.

9. I think they'll wake up alot easier than is realized....
The fundamentalist crazed dominion artists are certafiably out of their minds, even the most low talking southern "spitzer" from Kansas will be able to see through this pile of emporer's clothes.

The only question is who will they turn to, when they realize the republicans have been destroyed by insane illuminati inspired business talking chicken artists?

And that can only be answered in the form of......The united coalition, the democratic progressive cause. The blogs and radio stations must be allowed to permeate the entire nation's airwaves and entomb the message permanently into all air we breathe. They must not be subdued by the mainstream media.
