I listened and it seems like he said In a minute

Right after the woman from CNN asks her question, Bush says about 10 words, stops, looks down like he's listening to something, mumbles something like "hold on" or "OK", and continues talking. This lasted about 2-3, maybe 4 seconds.

1. No doubt that he was wired in this press conference

He looked down every time he paused for a thought. There is also another mumbling moment towards the end. I wish someone could post a video clip of it as well.

2. Wouldn't surprise me

I heard a bit of it on Majority report and he was too confident in his answers then other times. It wouldn't surprise me at all with him. He's either wired or has a script and even both.
