Why does Bush tolerate Saudi persecution of Christians?

While Bush was making out with the crown prince the other day, 40 Pakistani Christians, including children, were under arrest for having the audacity to pray in a secret church. It was reported that they were caught in possession of crosses:

So why didn't Bush confront the prince about this? Why isn't the evangelical right foaming at the mouth and demanding action to free the 40?

And why is there virtually nothing in the media about this or about the fact that the prince had someone in his delegation who was on the U.S. terrorism weatch list and was denied entry into the country?

3. Do you really need to ask? The Saudi's have more oil and give him and

his family and his family's corporate cronies more money. He's not really a Christian at all, that's just to hook in the RW fundies, and he's assuming they won't find out what the Saudis do.

But since W is only Karl Roves marionette and not actually a person, my best guess is that he is a whore for oil with the Saudis as much as he is a whore for votes with the fundies. As far as the media goes, I believe they checked out of the truth in reporting and informing the public on important issues games around the time bush got sober:crazy:
