It was crucial that US President George W. Bush win out in Congress regarding his budget. He did it!

Cuz clearly I'm insane and need immediate medical help. Nothing in the original post makes any sense whatsoever. It looks like a newspaper article quoting a national politician. But for some reason the words are weird and bizarre. It must be me.
