Fl Supremes refused his appeal...as far as I know his only recourse now is to the SCOTUS......I'm guessing he'lll take it all the way....

7. Get Tom DeLay on the phone. Time to legislate.
It's disgraceful that advocate judges are fucking around with Rush's fix.

6. The Florida Supreme Court Rejected His Case
So just like in the real world, Rush Limbaugh has no appeal.

:-)

11. No confirmation, but Rush was supposedly seen walking out of court today
Not in California having his cochlear implants rejiggered, as he said on his website yesterday.

12. I Heard Him on the Radio Today
So if that happened, it happened before he went on the air (12 noon EDT).

8. C'mon Palm Beach County
The door is open...Rushbo is now fair game for a full investigation into his "relationship" with alleged drug dealers and his own history.

From some very reliable sources, there was a treasure trove of stuff found out about Rushbo's "illness" and how and when those prescriptions were written. Roy Black wanted to keep those records out of court since it would show Rushbo went refilling when one source ran out and also how this tied into his street buys. Not only are we talking trafficking and probable possession of a controlled substance, but also doctor shopping and possible bank and mail fraud.

A friend in Palm Beach said the best Black could do was delay since there was so much evidence and the DA was just waiting for all the legal hurdles to fall. It's a typical drug case for these people, just one big fat fish caught in the net this time.

My bets now is Black will do all he can to move any trial to the most remote section of the state he can. Rushbo sure wouldn't want to face a jury of his Palm Beach friends and neighbors...especially the brown-skinned ones.
