4. Yeah, let the wealthy enjoy the good life
knowing that social cuts were made to the needy.

3. How the Hell did that happen? The Republicant's just gave their
budget to the Democrats this morning. I was watching CSPAN all day and the Dems were raising a fit because the Republicants had worked on it during the night (without telling any Dems) and they produced like an 800-page document to them today and everyone was to vote on it today.

The Dems were so mad, I figured they would get it off the agenda today and take it back up after their so-called "Easter Break." That would have given the Dems time to at least read the darn thing.

I think the Democratic Party should just not show back up until 2008. What's the point of their even being there? They are constantly bullied, outvoted, and do not get the respect they deserve.

5. Exactly
The Dems have no voice. The GOP just takes our taxes and tell us to shut up. The Republicans have given a new term to elitists.

6. David Sirota posted this:
39 Republicans Vote Against Armor for Soldiers

Operation Truth has a stunning post noting that 39 Republican U.S. Senators last week voted against funding needed to equip U.S. Army Humvees in Iraq with better armor.

This vote comes after Newsweek reported that roughly one quarter of U.S. casualties in Iraq might have been prevented if Humvees were adequately armored.

The Republican Party: an organization that supports sending U.S. soldiers to die in Iraq without providing them the means to defend themselves.
