He then sighted the Education Program (aka No Child Left Behind (BS)) which he never funded and how the country rallied after 9/11 as examples of bipartisanship. 'Scuse me but NCLB passed in the first few months of his misadministration and 9/11 was nearly four years ago. There has been no bi-partisanship ever since. Gee whiz. I'm so impressed.
