In this photo provided by the U.S. Marine Corps, 2nd Lt. Ilario G. Pantano, walks between buildings at Camp Lejeune, N.C., where a preliminary hearing, or what is called in the military, an Article 32 investigation, began Tuesday April 26, 2005. Prosecutors contend Pantano ordered other troops to look away and then shot two Iraqi men in the back in an execution-style killing in April of 2004 in Mahmudiyah, Iraq. Pantano maintains he was being attacked and acted in self-defense. Pantano's mother Merry follows behind him. (AP Photo/U.S. Marine Corps, Cpl. Adam C. Schnell)

If he did what his fellow soldiers say he did that is scary.

3. Before We Get Ourselves Worked Up Into A Lather...
let's give him the benefit of the doubt. He is innocent until proven guilty.

5. They discussed him on On Point tonight
and he really sounds like an impressive guy before this event. He grew up in Hell's Kitchen, enrolled in the Marines and went to the Gulf War, then he got out and went to college and worked for Goldman Sachs, then he reenlisted, went to OCS, and went to Iraq. I really hope he didn't do this but it sounds like he did.
