This had been up all week before. Yep, it is real. Damn, I don't know how you all missed it.

You guys really took on more alone than you should have, you should have sought aid.

And I go back to asking everyone to read the following:

http://www.rense.com/general20/unholy.htm

The Bilderbergs.
The Trilateral Commission.
The Council of Foreign Relations.
The Central Intelligence Agency.

Most everyone has heard of these groups and some of the conspiracy theories surrounding them regarding the development of the 'New World Order.'

Now imagine for a moment there is something to this (and there appears to be no lack of documented material justifying these theories). That would mean that at almost every elevated level of business and government, world wide, men and women have infiltrated, become the controlling administrators and are working to effectively control every aspect of the life of the "world citizen."

One aspect of this that has not been properly searched out is the "religious" connection. Surely, given that much of the world is religious, and in the currently reigning SuperPower nation of the U.S., predominantly "Christian," then it would only make sense that these organizations have infiltrated the Church itself and are also actively leading it to into the New World Order as well.

Do the worlds leading Christian evangelicals have ties to these organizations?

Yes they do, and it is thoroughly documented.

Go to above link and you'll feel better. Long read, but worth it.

16. I Don't Understand This Flyer
OK - this has been bugging me...

The Conservative argument is: Judges shouldn't have to choose between faith (in Christ) and the law. When Democrats filibuster nominees, they are filibustering nominees because of their religion.

So, do Conservatives think judges should make decisions based on faith (or biblical law)and not U.S. law?

If so, how is this not judicial activism?

Lots more arguments on this, but I'll try to keep it simple for now.

Anyway, maybe it is time for you to look for a new church or let your minister know how offended you were by this.

29. What these conservative fundies are doing is unconstitutional
Judges should not be appointed based on faith. They should be appointed for their ability to uphold the constitution and the laws of this country. DUH!!!! This flyer and the way these freaks are inserting biblical law into the legislative and judiciary process is FUCKED UP. They are traitors; they have no respect for the foundations of this country. That flyer makes me sick in my stomach and very, very sad for where we're headed.

52. Actually, it's like this
they see the current judiciary as hostile to interpreting the Constitution to mean that "mob religious rule," should be the beginning and end of all law in the U.S.

They do, in fact, hate the First Amendment, the Enlightenment-bound history of our nation and the principle of "self-evidence" that was layed out in the Declaration of Independence.

They want the court to remove all barriers to religious indoctrination and oppression. If the judge does not do this, he is "hostile to religion."

The theory is, I guess, that since the GOP has a narrow majority, that they should be able to appoint any crackpot judge they want, who will usher in a theocratic government, Constiution be damned.

Their real goal is to get the ninth circuit, which I believe is the last strongly liberal (by their standards) federal court, which covers Hawaii, California, Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Alaska, Montana and Idaho.

By their reasoning, I would guess that Democrats outnumber Republicans in this circuit, so I don't see why they wouldn't think that Democrats should control this court. But that would require them to have, well, principles.

34. They make me so sick with this shit
It's simple. Judges should put down their religious documents (what ever they may be) to pick up their gavel. Justice is hard work, that takes two hands to dispense. Once they remove their robes, and people are not compelled to stand when they enter a room, they can use their two hands for anything else that they choose that expresses their religious beliefs. If they can't keep their religious "laws" out of their judgments, they have no business being on the bench.

And, if a Preacher can't keep his politics in his pocket when he stands in front of the congregation at the pulpit, he has no business being there either.

So, let them shoot themselves in the foot with this activity. It amuses the masses, I guess.

Just because the Democrats want to keep out some radical activist judges that want to push their faith on us does not mean that they are anti-Christian. Most of them are Christians themselves.

The Religious Right does not get to say what is Christian and what is not. They need to learn that.

All he has to do is realize that when he goes to work (as a politician or judge) He is NOT going to church. Why is this SO freaking hard for them to understand. You know the judges they are complaining about REALLY are radical and they REALLY do want to IMPOSE their freaking religion on others.

I ALREADY know Christ! I don't want to hear someone ELSE'S version of Him. Especially since you seem to COMPLETELY unable to hear or see MY version of Him! Why the hell can't these fanatics REALIZE that "knowing God" doesn't mean becoming a nut case to MANY Christians!

and it's nice to get an actual GRAPHIC of a false dilemma -- one of the favored logical fallacies that the looney crue like to peddle to their flock.

Now, let's see -- could there be a THIRD choice? No, really, could there be critical thinking involved in this decision? Could there be a compromise? Could this little Constitution hater move to an island? Could a person serve both the lord and the government if they didn't adhere to the right-wing version of Christianity? Could this person move to Iran and start up his theocracy there? Could he get a job at the Megachurch Starbucks?

Let us not forget Abraham. God will make the man choose. If God will make Abraham choose between Him and his son. To prove to God who he loves more by sacraficing his son to God. Then what is wrong with America asking him to prove who he loves more God or America by sacraficing a public position? If your love of God will not allow you to perform the duties of a position of public trust. Then do not seek it. Seek God instead.
