I just ran into another great person who has lost his job

it is beginning to get really scary out there. I have run out of things to say to all these people who inform me that they are out of work for the first time in their lives.

At least this time, this one (whose political affiliation I was never aware of until today) blamed it directly on the economy and Bush.

I just sadly pointed to my Kerry bumper sticker and said, "I hear ya."

I have considered putting a DU or Faith isn't a reason to Hate bumper sticker over it - but I think I will leave JFK on, so people know it's not my fault.

I am so sad right now it hurts.

Gas is $2.77 a gallon. Everyone is out of work. I haven't had a raise since the Clinton administration. You can't file bankruptcy anymore unless you're a millionaire. What the hell is wrong with the people of this country, that we aren't rioting in the streets????

it's bad. This republican economy isn't going to get better. It is designed to get worse. A weak dollar and rising prices is not good for people who need jobs.
