I always thought we should allow the Repubs to KEEP their people rather than step down/back-out - you know - AFTER WE show the US and the world their true colors.

Take Trent Lott for example; we should have made the fuss we did and then let him stay...

I say LET THE REALLY LOONEY NUTS put the TRUE face on the Republican Party. It doesn't work to our advantage for them to pull the really looney ones and replace them with careful ones now does it?

If Bolton doesn't get nominated, they'll just replace him with someone more slippery who'll still have the same policies.
