Rove targeting Blue States

Rove was just in Illinois and Wisconsin last week talking about the Secretary of State positions, this leads me to believe that what we saw in Ohio with Blackwell was pre-planned from the get-go and we shouldn't allow them to stack the deck like that again...All the voting reforms aren't going to mean shit, if we are out maneuvered in the re-counts or not allowed re-counts or if the re-counts are illegal, like in Ohio...Blackwell was subverting the vote well before the elections and continued after...next year many SOS's will be voted on, it's the time now to make sure they are Democrats...


I think we should be working on the office of Secretary of States if we want clean elections. (in conjecture with methods of voting) here in Wisconsin ours is a Democrat, and I'll wager in the other "blue" states the Secretary of States are also Democrat and vice versa for the red states. We know Blackwell played a big part in Ohio as Secretary of State. So I'd like to ask, what state are you and what party is your Secretary of State and which way did your "vote"go for the state?

about how his next job was to ensure a repug majority for years to come, or words to that effect. This needs to be fought now, not 2 months before the elections next year.

2. PA was 'blue' and our Secretary of the Commonwealth is a Democrat

At least, I think he's a Democrat...he was picked by our Democratic Governor:

Pedro A. Cortés was nominated as Secretary of the Commonwealth by Gov. Edward G. Rendell on April 2, 2003 and was unanimously confirmed by the Senate on May 13, 2003, making him the first confirmed Latino Cabinet member in Pennsylvania history.

3. In Wisconsin, I'm concerned

that Peg is vulnerable in the next election because of the DUI. We need to hold onto that seat but it's going to be hard....

5. Yeah, that was

pointed out to me on the first thread I posted and I am worried about California...it's the SOS's they use to cheat the election. The poster from California on the first thread was trying to get the thread onto the greatest page, because like me, (calamari)is worried this is going to happen in the other blue states and then we are royally screwed...So, I've been trying to get the votes myself, it only needs one more....
