I wouldn't be surprised. The conclave was so short there is little doubt it will be an extremely conservative Pope.

8. The priest at my wife's church said
he wanted the church to liberalize. He hoped the new pope would ordain women and loosen celibacy rules. He is a very, very progressive catholic. Looks like he will be disappointed...
