"Bombs of Compassion"- what was the Rummy quote?

Goddammit it's driving me insane. Remember that quote from F/911 where Rummy is responding to a reporter's query about the brutality of the war by saying there's "a lot of compassion" that goes into making those bombs?
I've googled for over an hour, I usually don't do this, but does anyone have that quote? x(

Oh and, remember a couple of times when he refered to the "missles" that hit the pentagon.
