Of course, Poppy was destined to lead. This vision came to him while he was parachuting to safety while his two abandoned crew members were going down with the airplane.

You're right--why couldn't he have been content sitting by the pool, snorting coke and getting all liquored up?

Why did Junior's first REAL job have to be the President of this great country?
