Poll question: A VERY simple poll..........
I have been thinking about our new founded Christian Theocracy/Fascist Nation. What do the thugs REALLY want? Slowly it is going to become obvious where this country is heading. Will they continue to support this Bushit? Whether we REALLY won or lost on 11/2 it was way to close. Approximately 50% of those whom voted supported Bushit more than Kerry/the Democrats

1. Depends who "they" is in your poll question.
The "thugs" want power & money. In religious right voters, they have found a way to "buy" votes without spending any cash.

3. Then you need another choice because what they think they want,
which is a Xtian Theocracy, in no way resembles the teachings of Christ. What they want is this narrow minded, bigoted, racist, puritanical, hypocritical fantasy world where they rule and good is what they say is good and right is what they say is right and everyone who doesn't agreee should be imprisoned on earth and burn in hell in the hereafter.

8. No 'theocracy' is open minded. Once a religion becomes organized,
shall we say, it first and biggest interest is not the original message but it own self promotion and to gather the wealth and power that faith and superstition can bring.

5. What a great question....
I have no idea what the homey-fundies really want. Sometimes it seems as though they just want to pitch a bitch. They will piss and moan about anything that came out of a thinking persons mouth. And so it appears that anything that disrupts their interpretation of reality is a no go.

6. They Want Theocracy, But Haven't Considered . . .
the likely outcome of imposing such a totalitarian regime. Such a theocracy would literally lead to civil war, I think. The urban poor, the secularists, the atheists, the liberals, the First Amendment activists, the Labor movement, most minorities . . . there would be killing and blood in the streets.

The bloodiest wars are ALWAYS religious.

7. ONE more Bushit war and you may be right
Whether we pull out of Iraq now or in 10 years we can not easily fix the lose of $300 Billion not to mention the lose of so many kids......for absolutely no reason.
IF Bushit plans another war a draft will be imminent, we simply don't have the troops.

10. I've talked to a lot of Republicans, all over the spectrum, and
here is one astonishing thing I have noticed:

When it comes to the idea of a fascist or totalitarian society, they actually support it wholeheartedly as long as it embraces their ideas.

They have no problem with Bush being unquestioned President for Life, because he's their guy.

They have no problem with forcing everyone to speak English only (without funding ESL or anything like that) because its their language.

They have no problem making Christianity the official national religion because its their religion.

Ironic as it seems, these are the same people who appreantly hate the "Islamofasicsts" because they want to force their beliefs on society.

Go figure.

These people are mostly just assholes and bigots of the worst kind. The only difference between the philosphies of the TheoCons and the Taliban is the religion.

11. Well -
If they get what they want, they may make the shocking discovery (for them) that redneck bigoted morons aren't the only people who own guns. Let's see if they have a problem with THAT -
