Has this been reported in the MSM?

Why did I know this would happen...afterall we told the world that these samples were available.

1. I guess I understand the need to recertify all these labs, but
is sending this deadly virus all over the world the best way to do that? Seems to me, it might be a better idea to have each lab send 1 or 2 people to a central location, where the test material can be closely monitored, have these people perform their tests, and make their conclusions. They either pass the test or not, and then go home.

2. This bothers me tremendously.
Either there's something fishy going on here or these people are grossly incompetent.

How are these sent samples sent? If I send a birthday present to my sister out of state I get a tracking number and delivery confirmation. Yet, they send potentially dangerous materials around the world and have no way of tracking them? I don't buy this....
