Rep. Joe Wilson, Congressman from Florida I believe, was just talking about the unfair double tax of the death tax. In concluding his one minute speech, he said, "and in conclusion, may God bless America, and we will never forget September 11."

It's all part of the program. Mention God and 9-11 every possible chance you get, even if it is out of context and makes no sense. Underscore the party loyalty to god at all times.
