1. Much like every other demand or request from anyone else, it
would be ridiculed and ignored by the misadministration.

2. But we are the United States and we know what is best for the world
We know better than any other nation and we are the chosen people. We have been chosen to be the keepers of WMD's and to spread Democracy around the world even if it means we must use the WMD's to force that Democracy.

Give up your nuclear programs!

nothing. no response save for the laughter and the slow sarcastic clap.

I bet my persuasiveness is about as powerful as the international communities 'round these parts and on this issue. Haven't counteries made these demands before?

6. A logical question that I've been pondering a long time
Wish more of the general public would ask it.

8. Exactly
Thats the whole point behind the non-proliferation treaty.

Non-nuclear countries agreed to not pursue the development of nuclear weapons, and the nuclear powers agreed to over time dismantle their arsenals so in the end the world would be nuclear weapon free.

Guess we only want the non-nuclear powers to live up to their obligations?
