Brain dead man who is breathing on Grays Anatomy.

One of the interns think he's alive because he's breathing and his heart is beating. The other thinks that since he's brain dead, he's not alive. Then she says that it would be a waste of organs.

Wow, wonder how this ends up from the set-up. The interns have to wait ten hours before pronouncing him dead. Seems like they got their script idea from the Schiavo story.

But this script was in the can just a bit before Schiavo broke heavily into the news again.

2. It seems to have turned in the direction of organ transplants

anyway. Not that this isn't relevant. I thought they were building towards a family fight about the guy, but instead it was about the intern not having people skills. Oh well, maybe someone will have to write a more relvant script more about current events.

of Jackie O's cousin. (ran into tree skiing)

the show was very realistic. Don't know why the igloo people haven't done a commercial that all organ donations leave in their care.
