1. Tell me that's not unleaded regular.
I'm supposed to make a trip out there next week and I was already concerned about forking over the gas for it. I was planning on looking at more fuel efficient cars while I was there. How's that for irony?

4. Good!
I wish it were higher than the $2.19 in my area. Seeing how asheville, nc is a liberal place, I am sure the residents are supportive of higher prices as they force people to conserve...maybe we can get some fat asses in this country to start riding bikes for once. It works well for me.

If anyone complains, ask em how they like their oversized SUV now.

9. I love Asheville. It just looks like I won't be able to afford to drive
there anymore.

8. In the meantime, it hurts a lot of little people who can barely pay their
bills as it is now. People who live where public transportation isn't an option and who have to get to their jobs. Of course I think people need to conserve more, but that doesn't mean the transition isn't rough.

10. High Prices?
However rising gas prices do not just effect SUV owners (who think they own the road and wall hail to them)but to prices in general. The more expensive it is to transport something from point A to point B, the higher the prices.
