Video Clip of on Bush Bin Laden quote wanted 3/13/02

Could someone please tell where to find the video clip of Bush saying

"I don't know where bin Laden is. I have no idea and really don't care. It's not that important. It's not our priority....I am truly not that concerned about him."

I lurk on another board and they are saying this is all made up and Bush didnt say this, and I would like to post a link to the clip.

That is one some didn't believe me on, either. Then when I showed the video or printed quote, they said, well maybe Bin Laden isn't that important after all.
