You're absolutely right!

In Bush V. Gore, the Supreme Court essentially said this was a one time deal; that they didn't want to set precident with the case. This was for George W. Bush (the plaintiff) only. That's amazing to me.

That tells you right there that what they did was wrong. They didn't want to set precident? Hell, people go back to older Supreme Court cases all the time, to see what they did on a particular matter.

But they don't want people revisting Bush v Gore. That tells you all you need to know.
