Weak Attempt at Debunking GOP Memo
Edited on Wed Mar-30-05 06:03 PM by oasis
MSNBC's Right wing bimbo Monica Crowley introduces a blogger named Lashawn Barber of www.lashawnbarber.com. The blogger claims that the infamous GOP memo which urges Republicans to come to the aid of Terri Schiavo, is a fake. She then goes on to compare it with the Dan Rather situation.

I checked out Lashawna's blog. It's plain to see that she's a right wing fundie. She praises the likes of Michele Malkin , Ann Coulter and the KKK Minutemen "protecting" the Arizona border from "terrorists". Crowley made no mention of the blog's extreme right leanings.

MSNBC knows exactly what they are doing by endorsing right wing partisan hacks who pose as private citizens.

this memo before it backfired? This makes no sense at all.

2. The whole idea is to "muddy the waters" so the issue is dismissed
ala "Rathergate".

3. The excuse I heard was, "A lot of Senators didn't read it."
Which leads me to believe it was indeed legit.

4. We know it's legit but an operation is underway to discredit the memo as
fake. MSNBC, Monica Crowley and LashanBarber started the ball rolling.

5. it worked for them once,
but i feel not this time. too much physical evidence of their positions reinforcing the memo. too many other things people are pissed about. more people are leery of the corp media.

then again, i've learned not to bet too much on a logical, factual and rational conclusion from a good portion of the people.

6. MSNBC should be investigated for not investigating the "debunk story".
Those stealthy bastards have an obligation to the public to check their sources.
