1. The man has a prob with "Tenses"....it is so obvious, especially after
he confirms with so many examples.

The First Dufus should not be in High Office. That makes him a Role Model of the Worst Kind....

2. If he were smarter I would guess that he does that
to be a wise guy, however, I don't think he is that smart.
