2. Thank You
There is no way I can listen to Jerry Springer. Thank goodness for Sirius.

3. I listen on XM.
Is the Springer thing going to effect the satellite
line-ups?

Rachel M. didn't say anything about it when I was listening
on Monday.

5. XM is some kind of slice-n-dice AAR. Unfiltered is canceled.
What XM decides to put in that slot is their choice, although I see no reason they wouldn't carry Springer, he's a big name. Check the XM website.

I Specifically chose Sirius for the car so I could hear the full AAR broadcast day. The "other" leftie personalities (Hartmann, Shultz, Samuels) are on a separate stream ("Sirius Left") so you can have your cake and eat it too!

8. I chose XM due to the fact it carried AAR before Sirius...
In fact... Before almost anyone aside from streaming
carried AAR.

Granted it's called America Left and it's a slice
and dice AAR.

XM also carries Bob Edwards on their own slice and
dice Public Broadcasting channel. I enjoy listening
to Bob.

I've often wondered if I should get Sirius... What
the heck I have two cars. ;)

9. I would guess that Sirius has Edwards. They have 3 NPR streams.
Sorry if i dont look it up for you right now.

Actually I already had Sirius & my one year subscription was over (the hardware & install was free) and I was ready to jump ship to XM to get AAR. I sent Sirius & AAR emails almost daily because I knew I would be pissed at the XM compromise (ie. partial AAR broadcast).

7. Don't know About Satellites
but on the AAR site, it says there are only two more shows of Unfiltered. My guess is Springer will take up the morning.

He is better than his tv show? He would have to be. Nothing could be worse.

From her blog:

"In the quickest of updates:
I have a book deal in the works, a History Channel project in the works and some other stuff happening that I will post here as things happen.
My big goal for this site is to do a daily podcast in the very near future and make this be a destination for great political humor, rich discussion and activism, always trying to be a voice for the voiceless."
