Well my fiancee's dad came over to help us with an upcoming move. Right after he sits down he starts off, I was just listening to (I'm sorry I didn't catch the name of the AM talk show guy he listens to...anytime he starts off with "I was just listening to" I automatically groan in my head) and we are seeing a "perfect murder".
Apparently now, on the talk radio circut Terri Schiavo's husband was abusive, threatened her life before she went into the hospitol and they are making him out to be some "intelligent Scott Peterson" was the words he used.
Anytime anyone talks about Terri Schiavo, I kinda find myself zoning out anyway because I don't feel its any of my business. What goes on there is between her family (and I count her husband as part of her family). This was the closest time I found myself actually about to jump on the bandwagon and voice an opinion about something that isn't even my business.
This whole mess should not have gotten to the point it has now in the country. We have buddies dying out in Iraq still, and we don't even hear about the ones in Afgan anymore....more problems in this country than I can count in my head....yet all of its focus is on what should be a $^#$@^#$ private matter!!!!
Its a really sad case of events and getting worse everyday. I really feel for all of those who are personally involved...her husband and her parents and brother and sister(?). Just hope they are all able to find peace someday themselves to after this is said and done.
