Media Bias
Republicans always like to complain about bias. For their example they always mention the supposed fact that when the media talks about Republicans they always mention the word conservative i.e. conservative Republican or sonservative think tank. Well how about how liberals and Democratic groups are referred to by the media. On many occasions left-wing groups are referred to as left-wing radicals. Just today I have seen two references to liberal groups as left-wing radicals. One of those groups involved thos that fought for voting rights, kequal rights, and school desegration. I would not call these people left-wing radicals.

1. For fun, I once a read a book talking about the 'liberal media'
He kept saying how there was a Liberal bias in the media. But, he himself got his research from the Accuracy in Media and the Media Research Center, and one should note that he didn't say what the ideologies of these groups were.

3. It should be noted that 'Liberal' bias should now be a 'Rational' bias
as the ideological conservatives, it can now be demonstrated, require litmus tests -- often irrational -- in order to determine their positions on issues.

2. That's a funny point. I once heard that idiot Larry Elder saying
that he could prove the media was liberal. Here was one of his key pieces of evidence:

He'd done a search through newspapers to see how often the phrase "hardline conservative" was used. He found alot of them. He then searched for "hardline liberal", and finding none, he claimed a pro-liberal bias.

6. yeah, they prove bias by doing silly studies like that..
or counting the number of times they see the word "liberal" or "conservative" in the news. If the word "liberal" is used more, it shows a liberal bias. And if the word "conservative" is used more, it also shows a liberal bias.

5. It's a conservative boogeyman
Everytime something doesn't work out for them, they don't blame themselves, it's the fault of the librul media.

David Brock & Joe Conason do a great job debunking the myth of a liberal media.
