How are GOP-types talking about holding the judge in "Contempt of Congress" when the LAW THEY WROTE GIVES HIM AUTHORITY TO RULE ON THE CASE??

I don't care which side of this issue you are on, this law they signed DOES NOT DO A DAMNED THING!

The key words are "after a determination..." Congress did not say the federal court must accept the merits of the lawsuit."

You're right tho. The only thing the law did was to allow the parents to go to the Federal courts. But why not? They already had 17 (?) other judges say "NO"!
