4. Let's All Exploit A Personal Tragedy

I'm sure there's already the "Save Terri" Country/Western song (available for download for $2.95 per) and the T-shirts and the coffee mug, key chains and edible underware </sarcasm off>

The corporate media's use of this tragedy to manufacture ratings and controversy is shameful. They play judge and jury...siding with the right wing time and again, and I'm certain this hatchet job will be how Terri's loving parents stood by her while her "estranged" husband high-tailed it for another woman.

I'll also bet there's tons of preachers and bible thumpers who will pontificate their holier-than-thous compared to real medical professionals who will show a CAT scan of a liquified brain and explain "this is Terri".

Also, I doubt there will be mentions about Terri's bulemia...a lifelong troubles with eating and how this triggered her troubles.

This case really proves how the rumors and lies run while the truth barely catches up. The exploitataion of this manufactured story is shameful. I sure won't waste my time wastching.

I'm surprised, but so far A&E they're doing a pretty good job.

I'm sorry, but I think her parents are more at fault for all this exploitation...all because of greed.
