2. I hope he does it. Go, Jeb, Go!
This is all to our benefit. We can all sit back and just watch as he digs himself deeper and deeper. If he doesn't do it, he's a wuss for not following up on his "choose life" principles.

If he does do it, he is pitting two branches of government against each other. The executive branch is declaring law on the judicial branch. This could lead to impeachment.

Either way, he's in a delightful pickle.

3. I said this in another thread and I'll say it again
Given how "well" his kids all turned out - how could any court or social service agency give him custody of anyone? I can't imagine how he'd pass the background check.

5. Where's he planning on keeping her?
And why should custody be granted to someone who has never met the person?

Pat Buchanan thought Bush should call out the troops to save her life. THese people are nuts.

11. I wish they would just go ahead and do another brain scan, MRI EEG and
whatever else is needed to prove that she is in a vegatative state.

13. I don't think they can do an MRI
because her husband, in one of his desperate attempts to help her, took her to California for an experimental brain implant:

"In late Autumn of 1990, following months of therapy and testing, formal diagnoses of persistent vegetative state with no evidence of improvement, Michael took Theresa to California, where she received an experimental thalamic stimulator implant in her brain. Michael remained in California caring for Theresa during a period of several months and returned to Florida with her in January of 1991."

That's from the Guardian at litem report:

22. Hey, the neocons are quite experienced at faking data of all sorts
and are backed up by the Nazi-collaborating Poodle Press. "Proving" Terri's poor mindless body is a fully reasoning human being would present no great challenge to this bunch.

24. To me she looks happy. And that is all that matters. I just wish it
was not such a vague case. Cause the sociopaths in the WH love vague.. easier to exploit. As do the right to lifers. Because there is such a rift in the family.. it is something that can never be solidly solved. I know that even friends of Terry's who say now they do not want to see her taken off her feeding tube..testified that she was agast at what Quinlan had to put up with and mentioned not wanting her life prolonged. So aside from any of the Sciavos.. there is some proof. Just not enough for it not to be a vague situation.

Vultures...and I've known one complete sociopath (was a social worker who had taken a fancy to me and set himself up in my life if various ways over years, followed me and harrased me and played the innocent - always appealing to his audience of fans and following me from city to city with his rumours and slander in his desperate attempts at control) will be so attracted to the vague. Because it means it is easier to manipulate. I was born a vague communicator. Terry Schiavo is a vague situation. Easy to exploit and will attract monsters.

I think we should start issuing color coded alerts for each issue the Bush WH puts forward and its vagueness. Why when they do not have something vague..they make it vague (how vague is their SS plan...not even a single copy of it on paper anywhere to my knowledge). If it is vague (like Terry's situation) it will be used to manipulate people so that they can read what the sociopaths in the WH want it to read. I guess that is why I cried. Because it has happened to me. Though I am not brain dead..I was vague enough to be some sort of psychopathic prize, Chump, Patsy, victim, and it ruined my life.

So I hope that one way are another..that girl finds the best peace she can.

19. Alleyluya! Yip-Hee!
His brother Chimp-boy let more people go to their deaths in Texas; including a retarded man and a re-born again Christain woman and the Mormons are moving to that fine state, as well.

Too many churches and most folks are behind letting her go. More people are not falling for it, or so I hear on my end.

23. uhh
his history as a parent does not qualify him to be a foster parent.
Why should we believe he would act in Terri's interest with any greater care than he showed Noelle?
