LA / West Coasters...
Edited on Wed Mar-23-05 12:26 AM by bossfish
anyone watching the PBS show "inside Bin Ladin's compound" or something like that right now?

Doco about a Muslim (Pakistani I think) family's association with the Jihad. There is a teenage son who seems not to be buying the line. The rest of the family makes a sincere case.

Interesting and fascinating contrasts.

1. It was on before and I watched it.
It's a shame more people won't watch public television... but that means they'd have to wake up to reality and not be "entertained" 24/7.

That'll never happen in this country... at least until the reich wing takes the smut off their tvs... then suddenly everyone will notice. You can blow up innocent people, rape and pillage their land, but mess with our tv? HELL NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (my husband's theory that I find to be quite true.)

Peace and Stregth,
T

3. They are sheep of the same wool
I say we find an island, drop them all off, and let them tear each other apart while the rest of us live happily ever after.

Ok, a girl can dream, can't she?
