What happened tonight?

What happened tonight?
At 6:40pm I posted a reply on a thread, logged off my computer, drove home from work, logged on to DU to check the thread and poof! It was gone!

At the time there were only 11 posts, and none disruptive. What the hack happened between 6:40pm and 7:40pm.

I'm not sure I can mention the thread or poster by name, but the topic was two Democrats and their "supposed" change of heart toward Bush. I spent awhile composing my post and thought I made some good points, so I was a little dejected when I discovered the thread had been deleted.

Anyone with info please share! I'm dying to know what happened.

1. I don't know but something is weird
threads are getting locked right and left; some posts about religion are moved to the religion and theology forum, some are left where they started. I'm so confused and I've been sitting here for awhile.

Is it a full moon :)?
