28. How do you video tape someone hacking the vote behind closed doors?

It isn't the voting process where the big fraud is happening, its when they count(and don't count) the votes behind closed doors. Its in the proprietary software and the code you aren't allowed to look at. How do you capture that on a video camera at a polling place during the vote?
