Pretty soon he will be the gay poster boy for the Repukes. Just the fact that this guy will not go quietly implies that he has more to milk out of the system.

I think by overusing his name we lessen the pain WH must feel. I think we should just forget about the idiot for now. And bring him up during the elections. But if you overuse him as an icon of all that is wrong with the Bush WH (hypocrisy, propaganda, cronyism, Plame (targeting your enemies), cabals of money) you weaken the issue.

I just do not think we are going to find more.

"Gannon" or whomever tells/pays him is playing all the bloggers and lots of 'em are biting...off on a wild goose chase that removes focus from the fact this regime uses "Gannon" and others to manipulate news and stifle and intimidate dissent.

Sure, let's forgetaboutit for 3 years...then just bring it up like it's fresh as a daisy? And then what? I'm sick of hearing this being about a "gay prostitute" running around the White House. This was far more devious and continues to be. Instead of ignoring, it'd be nice if the focus went back to the media manipulation and the widespread network that "Gannon" represents. This could have been a great opportunity, now it's a freak show.

Seems when I post that there's too much focus on the sex angle, I'm told this is what will get the media's interest. I don't think this is the results these people wanted. Now if this were some big name GOOP elected politician...who could be forced from power or office, that's another story.

This guy's the link to a massive right wing/xtian right network that needs to be pried wide open...and I wish there were more bloggers and true journalists who are working on this. More frustrating is reading a guy like a Frank Rich or a Joe Connason...who know what this story is...and they're voices in the wilderness, even among Democrats.

14. A Round Of Think-Aid For DU!!

Lots of hair-triggers for what I'm sure are very gentle, mellow folks, but such happens when there's so much frustration and little redress. The truth does set you free, but it can also be a bitch when you see so many ignore it or run from it.

We definitely need to pick our fights and fight smart. I laugh that this place is like a 911 call center. Tons of calls come in every night with each caller in a panic and only a handful are really worth investigating. Nothing wrong with a good rant, but when it's just rants and not some type of action, it's wasted electrons.

I like your Think-aid...It's time we crack this stuff out and spread it wide. There are so many good things that can be done...just gotta all get if not on the same page, at least in the same book.

dealing with a sociopath inadequate-man propaganda snake & his cabal(s). But I am glad to find someone like-minded who sees the value in getting jiggy with the 'big picture'.

I too have been harsh but then I dropped the site that had direct propaganda machines spewing out their trash and I find myself much calmer. But I may need to go kick some neocon ass again sometime so I will keep those muscles strong.
