Where can I find a House and Senate vote on the Bankruptcy bill.

The bill is still being debated in the Senate and has not yet been taken up in the House.

2. I want to see the actual vote before I start telling people off.

3. That's great! -- the link I gave you is the best I found so far,

but it's a little time-consuming to use. You have to click on the amendment number on the left column (e.g., 00025) and then it displays each Senators vote. I posted a summary of Biden and Carper's votes in the Del forum and Johnson's in the SD forum if that is of any help.

What about the house vote.

5. The House has not yet voted

I don't think they've actually taken it up for consideration yet. There will be more debate in the Senate -- last I heard Senate Republicans were trying to force a vote on the full bill Tuesday. Then the House would take it up -- the House GOP leaders think they can get the current Senate version passed and then it would go to Bush for his signature.
