What does it cost to run ANWAR 1 around the country?

The "60 Cities in 60 Days World Tour" is costing us all in the airplane fuel used by ANWAR 1 (the plane formerly known as AIR FORCE 1).

What does that break down to?

I think he's just jealous about Clinton's "Rock Star" personna.
